The Pats have a terrific team, no doubt about it. And....."on paper," I agree that the Steelers might be their only obstacle in going undefeated.

However, it's only been done once, and there's good reason. that is, regardless of how poorly an opponent might appear statisically......any NFL team can beat ANY other NFL team on a given day. Consider Indy's near-perfect season in the very recent past. It takes a great team PLUS the breaks.

Example: the "lowly" Eagles almost brought them down - that game could have easily gone either way.

NOTE: To the "USC guy:" I'll take USC over the Pats if you'll give a 100-point spread.

I still don't respect a coach and organization that looks the other way at cheating even if it was prior season, it makes it hard to believe that they aren't capable of doing it again.

I say the Pats are going to fall to the steelers because the Steelers are playing good so far(except for their last game against the Dolphins but because it was a bad feild to play on).Ben Rothlisburger is a good QB and I dont think the pats Defense can stop the team.
who knows only time will tell...i would guess there isn't much of a chance for the steelers to beat them...but would you really say they were undefeated considering they cheat? i hate both teams though. GO COWBOYS! :]

The average Eagles kept with them right till the end on Sunday night, despite being huge underdogs.

In this league, any team can be any other one with good play calling and one or two players stepping up.

Yes, the Patriots are the on top of the NFL.....And as a fan, I would love to see them go undefeated......

BUT...As memory serves me a wild card Steeler team won the Super Bowl, not so long ago...

So don't get so anxious......Be a fan, but try and not let their success so far cloud the long road ahead of them....The Eagles showed exactly what can happen if you don't keep your eye on the prize.......
