Who had the greatest dynasty in NFL history?

49ers 4 superbowls

Steelers 4 superbowls

Cowboys 3 superbowls

Green Bay 2 superbowls (the 60's)

New England 3 superbowls

maybe someone I left out who is your choice?

I'm talking a for a period of time not all the superbowls they won in team history.

Who had the greatest dynasty in NFL history?nba jerseys

to win 4 super bowls in 5 years is a true dynasty....

the steelers were the greatest.

chuck noll

mean joe green

franco harris

terry bradshaw

mike webster

john stallworth

lynn swann

jack lambert

mel blount

all hall of famers from those teams.what other team has that many that played together.

Who had the greatest dynasty in NFL history?nba 2k8 ,nba teams

Denver Broncos 1996-1998 they were favored to win the superbowl in 96 but lost a devastating game at home to jacksonville, then they came back and won back to back superbowls
Green Bay!!!
Steelers, no doubt!! There are some great DVDs outthere regarding the Steelers dynasty. That team has great history and awesome past players. Here we go Steelers, Here we go!
Niners but it will be the Patriots after the next 5-7 years and 2-4 more superbowls that will come.
mojo you idiot, the steelers won 4 outta 6, not 4 outta 5. I think that the best dynastys are the ones forged during the free agency era, circa 1993. 2 teams won 3 outta 4 sb's since then. The cowboys were the first, and they did it with 2 different head coaches, which says something about the team. The patriots did set a 21 game winning streak record, which no one has come close. Plus their 10 game winning streak in the playoffs is something special. I dunno its tough to say, but I think the cowboys were the best
Green Bay when they had Vince Lombardi as their coach, they won the first ever super bowl and are a legend in the NFL
steelers witht the steel curtain you ca't beat that
The Cleveland Browns in the 1950's %26amp; 1960's. They were THE premier team in professional football.

I would say Pittsburgh but their championship wins were spread out. One could also argue for the Packers in the 1960's as well, that's a tough choice.

I think the Colts %26amp; Patriots have the two teams closest to "dynasty" status right now, They're always predicted to play in the AFC Championship nowadays, and rightfully so.
No doubt that all time it would be Green Bay from the early 60's. Hey, the Superbowl trophy is now named after the coach.

The 49ers, Cowboys, Steelers and New England are all in the same caliber as well, but Green Bay of the 60's had to beat teams from another football league to win the championship. Back then the AFC teams were in the AFL, and the only time that an AFL team would play against an NFL team was in the Superbowl.
The 70's Steelers, they won ESPN's matchup of the Millennium BEFORE the Pats "dynasty", although now that we know more of what the "genius" was up to I don't think they need apply. Now the Packers are only ones to win 3 NFL Championships in a row I believe, the first was BEFORE the Superbowl, so they would probably be second to me. I'm biased both as a Steelers fan and not watching during most of these dynasties. Wasn't alive for Green Bay or the Steelers and was a kid through the 49ers.
Steelers and Packers
Steelers 4 Superbowls.
I'm an ultimate Patriots but I'd say the 49ers. You got Joe Montana, Steve Young, Jerry Rice.
The 90's Cowboys were by far the most dominating franchise in NFL History. Period.
actually the 49ers and cowboys are tied for the most superbowl wins w/ 5 each so i would say one of them 2. i personally think the cowboys
This is a tough one. My heart says its the Cowboys in the 90s because they absolutely dominated the league. Nobody was even close (the niners backed into the Champioship in 94)

My head, however, says the 49ers. Walsh was probably the best offensive mind in the game. Montana was the best. Clark was unstoppable and Rice...I don't need to even explain. Plus, that defense was made up of a bunch of wise guys that just kicked butt. Hacksaw, Haley, Lott...man, what a great team...and I hated then with a passion.

But, my profound hatred of that team only goes to prove how damn good they were. It makes me sick when the Mass Hole Patriot fans try and compare their team with any of the previous dynasties.
The Packers of the 60's. They won several other Championships before they called it the Super Bowl. I think like six out of eight years. It was the end of their run that they won the first two Super Bowls.
When Otto Graham was the quarterback of the Cleveland Browns they went to 10 championships in a row, and won 7 of them. No other team has or will ever come close to that.
Steelers %26amp; the steel curtain!!
i would say the cowboys.

they were blowing everyone out then, and look at the margin of victory in those superbowl games. they totally dominated everyone during that time.
Dallas
steelers, they are a dominating force that didnt win their championships but took them
Green Bay (prior to the Super Bowl era and including two SB's) won 5 NFL titles in 7 years.

Pittsburgh Steelers won 4 Super Bowls in 6 years.

No one else comes close to these two teams.
Green Bay 'cause they had the greatest

coach.
Let's add Joe Gibbs' Redskin, with 3 superbowls with 3 different QBs, and 1 Superbowl loss.

I'd say though the Steelers are most impressive, 4 Superbowl victories in the 70s, one Superbowl loss in the 90s, and a Superbowl win for XL. (5 Superbowl wins, 1 Superbowl loss)
i got to go with the cowboys of the 90s. i grew up watching that team. They were stacked on O with Aikman at QB, Emmitt at HB, Moose at FB, Novachek at TE, and Irvin and Harper at WR. There d wasnt bad either after they got Haley. Him, Leon Lett, and Tony Tolbert were monster on the line. Football aint like it used to be
Green Bay ! They invented what we call a dynasty. After that the Steelers .
You should get your facts right first, the steelers won 5 super bowls and so did the 49ers. But the greatest dynasty was Green Bay, no ands, ifs, or buts.
New England Patriots... going for their 4th super bowl in 7 years.
